The artist has the right to decline commissions, cancel and refund the money at any time if I’m uncomfortable with it.

The Commissioned piece is solely for personal use only. (Commercial Rates are negotiable).

Please state if the commission is for personal or commercial purpose.

The Artist (me) is allowed to post the commissioned illustrations to my social media accounts and attach them to the portfolio.

Please do respond in a timely manner when asked for feedback.

Always credit me when posting it online.

First come first serve.

The client may only request cancellation and refund in the sketching phase, otherwise if the piece is already in line art or coloring phase the request will be deemed invalid and will not give any refund.

If the payment has not yet started, the client has the rights to cancel the request.

If a cancellation or refund is requested, the artist will refund 50% of what has been paid up until that point.

The Commission must be paid 50% or 100% after the final sketch. the other 50% should be paid before I send the final product.

The commission will be paid through paypal link or invoice that will be sent in your dm. (preferably Instagram)

The currency is in USD only.

WIP (work in progress) will be sent after a certain progress is made. Specifically: Rough Sketch (pose, composition etc), Final Sketch, Line Art, Base Colors.

The artwork will be sent via email or google drive (email address is required).

• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
